Comparing Tort and Crime On 20 July 2015, BIICL will host the launch of Matthew Dyson (ed) 'Comparing Tort and Crime'. This work analyses how the fields of Tort and Crime are connected in eight jurisdictions: England, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Scotland, the Netherlands and Australia.
