Criteria for Rating Human-caused Impacts to Landscape Character Table C-4 defines guidelines for acceptable levels of human-caused impacts to the landscape character of the HCNRA. The ratings of very high to unacceptably low correspond to the "Naturalness/Visual Quality” setting indicators for each recreation analysis area (RAA). These guidelines would be new for Alternative B and E-Modified. Refer to Table C-1 and C-3a and C-3b for further recreation management direction related to scenery RAA.
