HERITAGE ARCHITECTURE STYLE GUIDE 2 SACKVILLE HERITAGE ARCHITECTURE STYLE GUIDE - This Guide is a resource that identifies the ten most common heritage architecture styles in Sackville’s Conservation Areas; the typical characteristics of each style; and importantly, recommendations regarding appropriate approaches when con-templating change to a heritage property. This Guide is not intended to be exhaustive nor does it set out to address every circumstance or condition that might arise, rather, it responds to the character-defining ele-ments of each style by identifying common issues that may arise. In each case, it is advisable to consult with the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada (2011). Cover Photo - ST.
