THE PATENTS AND DESIGNS ACT, 1911 (ACT NO. II OF 1911). [1st March, 1911] PRELIMINARY Short title, extent and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Patents And Designs Act, 1911. (2) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh. (3) It shall come into force on the first day of January, 1912. Definitions 2.
